Bear,

I'm advocating either purist Atkins or a fat-drenched veggies as vehicles for oil diet for candida. 5 megacalories (000s kcal) of meat per day? Or half a POUND of OIL? Does that sound real old-fashioned institutional to you?

Also, I have to wonder where you're getting that whole blaming external factors or whatever vibe from me? I was careless, that buggered up my health, now I'm careful so it doesn't get buggered up again. Where's the external factor here?
