I remember a movie we saw in elementary school, "Hemo the Magnificent," about blood and how all animal life originated in the oceans, and therefore our blood composition is similar to sea water. There's a lot of Iodine in seawater, isn't there? As kids we used to just lie around in the ocean water all day when we went to the beach. It felt so good.
