the reason that many of the minerals\nutrients do not make it into the body is that they are;

1. food for your beneficial and commensal microflora FIRST
2. binding with toxins and helping your body to eliminate them

So one must keep at it over time... until the body's biological terrain is affected and changed for the better.

We are at war to survive this garbage dump of an environment we (man) have created... and our bodies are the battlefields.
