It is Day 10 and I have no hunger and actually don't even find food attractive... but, this intense craving for salt has been around a few days now. I feel like I could just eat straight salt all day, seriously! I am 5'7" and at 204lbs. My health is relatively good, I have asthma that limits my activity a bit. My blood pressure and pulse are in the normal range and I feel absolutely fine, no dip in energy or anything. In my previous fasts I have not felt this way...

Can anyone give me insight to this salt craving? Should I consume it or no?
