Questions about this: "until you run clear and then perform a coffee enema." I just did a Liver Flush Thursday nite, Friday morning. The runs were never anything close to 'clear'. Explain?

Also, anytime I've ever tried an enema, I puff up, bloat after, with alot of pain on my left lower side of abdomen, so I hesitate to do one. It seems like the Liver Flush took everything out--what would the enema do?

I guess the dandilion green drink would be (yeech) good for you anytime?
