My job required me to visit with staff at a local coffee roasting facility today -- day 6 of my fast. Oh, man! Roasting coffee always smells wonderful, but today it was outright grueling. I had to endure it for quite awhile. Afterward I found myself having hunger pangs. Has anyone else experienced strong aromas that brought on hunger? Any advice on what to do when that happens?
