I was using the inversion table until one day after using it my hiatel hernia started acting up ..so I havent used it since ..

been having issues with it ever since (sigh)

its very hard for me to take the IF #1 and #2 now because of it ..it makes my chest feel as if it were on fire ..I have been in so much misery that I have considered going back on the meds for it ..sigh ..but I havent yet ..just trying to tough it out

if you know a remedy for that then I sure would appreciate it

I seen somewhere on here there was a chiropractic movement that would put it back into place but I dont think I could do that by myself

aaaaaahhhhhhh .. keeping my head up and hoping for the best
