I'm sure Uny will be along soon to deal with what your doctor told you about it not being your kidneys but I wanted to comment on a couple things you posted.  ;)

My memory and ability to focus has deteriorated so I must get some Ginkgo Gotu Kola to start taking."  The Brain Formula would be fantastic for this problem because along with the Ginkgo and Gotu Kola and a couple other herbs it has Cayenne to give it that extra oomph to blast it to all the places where it needs to go.
