well I mixed me up some charcoal and some psylium fiber and some water and put it on a paper towel and attached it too my right side

I hope this is an ok mixture to do

anyways after a few minutes I definately feel something going on ..first a smell of castor oil filled my nose and now a sense of anxiety and chest weirdness

is this normal and if so will it pass ??? or did I do something wrong here ??

I am trying to tough this out but this weird feeling is kinda freaking me out
