Thanks Chris,

I've been fasting 3 days so far this time and going for a 5km walk every morning this time, do you think thats still too much? This time I've been feeling really bad every morning and I found going for a walk makes me feel really refreshed. But if you think that this is going to a detriment to how long I can do the fast for maybe I should stop?
