I can see you don't really have a very good grasp of biological terrain and its role in health.

Also the links I shared are not to anything I own. I am not in the alternative health business. I just share ideas based on my own research and experience.

Good luck on your healing journey. I suggest more time in nature. Also look into Bach flower remedies and key in on what resonates with you in that regard.

Also some basic deep breathing exercises may be of value to you.
