I just happened to find that info on the internet and thought it was definately worth saving and posting for others ..

I am gonna have my cholesterol checked here in a week or so and I am just so curious as to what the charcoal has done for me ..all my numbers are normally good but the HDL or good cholesterol has been really low for the past 6 yrs . ..lowest has been 19 but last check was 26 so we will see how much its helped me .its been 3yrs since I had it checked though so a lot can change in that time

you know if tyiglicerides are high your hubby can cut out all sugars and increase fiber and within a month can have em cut in half depending on how diligent he is with diet..
It sure did work for me : )
