To run the higher frequencies, all of Sutherlands frequency sets running on the F165, have:

program c

and then he uses vbackfrequencies on channel a and b.

He uses two frequencies in that same range in his Cancer Neosis set, which people can pay $10 for. If you pay the membership, you get all of his frequency programs, and updates.

Notice how Newport has his BK cancer virus script, and many other scripts set up to run that are in the higher frequencies. They also have program c at the top.
