I feel for you having mites in scalp! Just got rosacea diagnosis yesterday after 7 weeks of itching, biting, stinging hell that has been beaten back by using stuff found on forums like this one. For scalp, I must shampoo my hair once or twice a day [preferably at night to be able to sleep] with selsun blue shampoo [sulfa in it] OR tea tree oil shampoo, followed by coconut conditioner. That stops the scalp problem for hours. Also use Gold Bond [green bottle] powder all over body at night time, and sprinkle some in hair/scalp [once it's dry]. Of course, using bristle brush and scrubbing back of neck and all over body with selsun blue shampoo, or sulfa soap, or just plain Epsom Salts every few days seems to help too. Tell me how you are doing now!
