thanks, I'll borrow my mom's BP cuff and check that out. I'm a little stiff first thing in the AM, and yeah the bottoms of my feet had been sore, but I attributed it to the circulation issue (blood pooling in my feet), and that's been better since I started wearing compression socks and orthotics. Still don't like to walk around without shoes, though. I'll have to find out about the B-5.
