Me, too! I knew about it, years ago, and frankly forgot! Showed my husband the info, but he is concerned about the 2-capsule dosage on the label. I explained to him how regulations monitor labelling, and that activated charcoal is non-toxic, but...

His triglycerides are "off the wall", but more doctor-oriented.

The activated charcoal's side benefits of eliminating my frequent urination have remained. I have not had one "mad dash" to the bathroom, yet. It also has not induced constipation, as is often cited.

The spider bite is almost gone. It took you 2 weeks, on the Antibiotics , and it took a whole lot less time than that, with the activated charcoal.

I'm a believer, and wish more people knew about such a simple, old-fashioned remedy.

Your lengthy post on the benefits of activated charcoal was marvelous, and I copied it, to show my husband. Thank you!
