Hi - I'm probably not going to be able to add much about what order to do things in, but I'm an Aussie Humaworm user and can recommend the product - it is very gentle but definitely does get rid of stuff. I'd also recommend a liver flush (or a few) even if you have had your gallbladder removed - I found them good for helping clear depression. I also take one tablespoon of blackstrap molasses per day (I use the Spiral brand from a healthfood shop) - helps greatly with depression - its LOADED with minerals needed for brain function :) Also, what part of Australia are you in? I'm in Brisbane and know an AWESOME "real" Chinese medicine doctor that may be able to help you sort out some of the above problems.
