I do the same thing. I listen to my body.

Only my body tells me raw animal fats and raw animal protein are badly needed, and vegetation is poisonous to me.

My blood Sugar is a disaster when I eat vegetation. Whatever it is, and the vegetable based oils of any kind make me nauseous. Raw animal fats taste like candy to me and give me so much great energy it's almost like speed.

To each their own I guess.
