Hi, no, never had acid reflux, but I did have low stomach acid, and was not digesting food well. If you type 'low stomach acid' or bitters, into the search box at the top of the page, you will see that Hv has a lot of great advice for this problem.

I have celiac disease, which is an autoimmune disease, but that is under control with diet, (gluten free diet). No allergies as such.
