Do you think that taking lactoferrin, biotin, undecenoic acid and serrapeptidase would be too much? I really want to attack this systemic candida with everything I've got.
I was considering taking Candex aswell because I read that the enzymes in it are also good for breaking down biofilm, but then I read this on the forums and was immediately put off ...
"A big mistake people often make though is to use the enzymes cellulase and hemicellulase for digestion and/or to digest Candida. The problem is that these enzymes merely break down the cellulose and hemicellulose in to simple sugars that the Candida can feed on."
I wonder if that applies to serrapeptidase? Or any enzyme for that matter?
