I am researching this because my elderly father-in-law was "diagnosed" with candida and my mother-in-law is giving him the high potency 9 stuff. However, they are not doing anything nearly as complicated as what you describe, and without the "full plan of attack" my guess is they are wasting their money. She is also "torturing" him with a half-cocked diet that isn't nearly as rigorous as I have read it needs to be, while at the same time it is very unpleasant and causes him stress.

Personally I think I might have candida as well and would love to know what really works. As the the saying goes, "half measures avail us nothing," but I wouldn't want to go through all that without some proof that it isn't just quackery.

Can you please translate all the initials so I know what you are talking about, like "MSM," "P&B shakes," and "F.I.R. saunas"? Why must you do a "worm cleanse" for a yeast infection?

P.S. Why Candex and not Syntol?
