I definitely agree with you on the Ph issue. That seems to be a major factor and I can tell a big difference when I'm out of whack. I tend to go very alkaline believe it or not...at least with the urine Ph, which from what I know, boils down to liver issues. I've done a lot of cleansing and will continue but I've been much like you in the past, unable to lose a lb. or two no matter what I did! I might try giving the book you mentioned a read sometime. Anyway, thanks for responding. It gives me hope to know someone out there is having some success!
