Hi,
I've been searching the net for a while, but can't seem to get satisfactory answers...
What is the exact Science behind oil and juice combination during LF? As I understand it the oil causes the liver to expel bile. Does it serve any other purpose?
And what about juice? Why is it necessary at the same time as the oil?
