Oh yea, I rarely miss a day now of at least half hour on the eliptical machine for a good sweat, and I get up every half hour or so to jump on the rebounder for a few min, and at least once a day "drain" my legs by putting them up on the wall. I do weight bearing ex. a couple times a week, and I'm trying to do more stretching, but I often run out of time for that part. I miss the occasional day when I'm feeling really bad, like a bad headache and I just can't force myself on those days, but maybe I need to anyway. Meditating half hour to an hour every day (or trying to... I'm using the Holosync program, but not sure I'm really reaching that stillness or just sort of falling asleep). I'd love to take a yoga class, but I think I've got to do that kind of thing at home right now. Might see if I could hire someone for a few private lessons with that, since I think I could use some guidance on which poses would be best for me and how to do them properly. I've messed myself up before with yoga, not doing it right.

Brownstein's never ordered any cardiac studies, though I've read thyroid can mess with the heart - maybe I read it here and you were the one who said it! I had an EKG in the hosp. with my appendix and they didn't say anything was wrong, BP is always normal, on occasion a little low. I'm starting to wonder if I need to look closer at adrenal function, too.

I'm seeing a physical therapist at end of this month who works with lymphatic drainage in particular, but has all the formal PT training and does a few other things, very intuitive and alternative from what I'm told. Her schedule is packed, and she agreed to see me for 1 consult, but it might be quite a few more months before I can get on to her regular schedule.

Anyway, no, I'm not loafing around like a lump, but wow is it a lot harder to get around, now, my legs hurt so bad I can barely go for a walk with my husband. Weirdly I'm fine on the eliptical when I can control where I put my weight better or something, but walking seems to be another story. My desk chair is still a problem despite the fancy wheelchair cushion, and I think the constant pressure from sitting - in virtually anything - is aggravating the problem. So, if I could quit my job and just levitate all day, that would probably help - lol!

Thanks so much for your reply. ;)
