Reading my own babybook again here recently (I'm 53) was VERY telling on the damage that occurred with my OWN gut.

My late mother (God bless her misguided brain) put me on CEREAL at the age of FOUR WEEKS.

yikes

Ate "wonder" bread (at least 4 slices of it) daily for most of my childhood, and processed cereals.

I used up all of my body's enzymes before I even knew what an enzyme was!!!

I believe that's why raw food works so well for me.

However, it had to be worked up to - 100% raw has to be built up to for many of us -
