The effects of a fast are amazing. Thanks for talking about your long term results. This forum is an incredible find. I'm looking forward to seeing the health results of a long fast, and I'd already set my mind to using Watermelon to break the fast when the time comes. Sounds like it will be a feast after a water fast!
