Do you have any credible data on this restrictive diet you are promoting? I have used fruit only diets myself, for short periods of time, 1-2 weeks, and have found no benefit at all from this.

I am also wary of any restrictive diet that is promoted as a cure all. Please provide some information (credible) that shows that this sort of diet cures anything at all.
