I find that a very interesting theory and I can see how oil pulling could indeed play a role with our Lymph system. I'm intrigued with what you said and will investigate that a little further.

Even if I never get a definite answer as to the true mechanism I will continue to oil pull/swish. I love to research in order to satisfy my curiosity. Our bodies are really wonderfully made and have so much potential to heal themselves if we just give it what it needs.
