Hi MasterHunger,

just curious as to what materials you are learning your Empty Force from. Is it Paul Dong's book, or Richard Mooney's tape? Just curious! I started training in Empty Force almost a month ago and it has made a difference in my energy, though I am a long, long, way from the martial aspect of this art. Still, I would recommend it just for the health benefits alone (increased energy, wellbeing, etc).
