I made the same mistake.

I did 2 colonics and completely crashed a week later. I know it was from the coloics.

They strip you of valuable healthy bacteria and put a lot of stress on the body (adrenals)


The one thing i've learned on my road to recovery is to keep it simple.

Over-medicating/healign can make things worse.
