Great idea. I'll give it careful consideration. LEF only charges $28 for their Ferritin blood test but money is severely tight.

I take HCl with all my meals and my digestion is very good (no bad gas or smelly stools). I have also been supplementing with UniLiver liver tablets which is loaded with iron, for many months. (I sometimes wonder if it might have too much iron.) And I eat lots of greens and broccoli fermented with Kefir to get rid of the goitrogens.

But I'm still befuddled as to why the Solaray thyroid caps had such a great effect initially but not any more. Thanks!
