Hi Sigurros,

I noticed you used the word "whilst" which is particularly British. Do you live in a rainy climate? That could be a big part of your candida growth. I lived in a house with mold spores in the walls. I couldn't see it or smell it, but the walls were natural cedar and in the winter I suspected the mold spores bloomed and I felt worse, while I felt better in the summer, so I assumed in the summer they shrank to a dried state. When I lived in Hawaii, which is very humid, that is where my candida troubles began, very mold ridden place.

About Vitalzym: I depend on it for muscle pain and swelling. I use Vitalzym Plus, which unfortunately they quit making about 6 months ago. The other Vitalzym preparations don't work. So I'm stumped about what to do now. I can't recommend Vitalzym for candida as I didn't take it for that, so I can't say exactly how it might work for you.
