I'd suggest finding an herbalist to talk to but second the liver detox idea. You could try doing a 30 day cleanse to get the gunk out of your pipes, as it were, but be forewarned that if you take that route your skin will get worse before it gets better - but once you are done forcing the toxins out, your skin will glow!
