I don't care for the way the ES make me feel and have just as good of results taking magnesium citrate for the laxative. And only one dose. I also noticed I don't sleep as well with the ES. Also, I eat whatever I want until 12 p.m. even meat. I've only thrown up once. My first time when I used 1cup of OO. Won't do that again!
