Next time I am using cold pressed pumpkin oil. I saw it for 9.99 at the health food store. There is a Great success story buried in the Liver-Flush archives using pumpkin oil.

I have also read success stories using a mixture of oils rather then straight OO.

Its only been two days since a guzzled a cup of OO (Olive-Oil) and here I am using it on my salad.
