Hi Hanna! canola oil is bad for you! the name is derived from canada oil. canola oil was a side product of industry (sorry, don't know which industry). canada started selling it to make money. it comes from the rape seed, which is poisonous, i believe.

i've noticed that whole foods uses is a whole bunch in their products. i think its wild how things which have taken off in the wholesome foods industry have recently come out with bad health reviews - first canola, and now soy.
