Wonder how I can fine tune that frequency?

Maybe use a fuzz or sweep command. Generally if the frequency is close it will work. Her frequencies are said by some to be too high to penetrate like the lower frequencies and too high to penetrate like a carrier frequency above 1 MHZ.
