Nice to get a bargain!
BUT .. no, you can't use the CO for flushing as it doesn't open bile ducts or work the liver (that's why people who find it hard to digest fats can normally take CO easily)
However, you can use other less *tasty* oils .. try sunflower or saflower, people have flushed comfortably with those .. and even grapeseed oil. Just get 'cold pressed' which is better quality.
If you're not doing this already .. this is a great tip that helped me a lot in my early flush days ..
1. Put oil and GJ in liquidiser for 30 seconds .. makes a creamy mixture.
2. Drink it down with a straw whilst sucking a few peppermints like an altoid.
3. Straight after the mixture, crunch a couple of peppermints to get rid of the taste, then brush teeth.
Hope that helps! Yeah, the worst thing about flushing is the OO/GJ .. I'm with you on that!
