Hi!

I am heartened by some of the message herebecause apparently soem people do experience improved vision after learning how to use their eyes better. Now I wonder, what is the best way to start? Getting books is not that helpful because I tend not to do the exercises if I am alone. I live in germany and am looking for support groups near here to find out about coaches and support for vision improvemtn. Any suggestions? Some vision improvement workshops here are very esoteric and I want something scientific. Thanks Cathy11
