I am going on week three of your program, and have discovered that a part of my illness is an EXTREME dairy allergy, even to goats milk. I cut dairy out and stopped taking the vitamins for a couple days and felt better. I am back on quantum and b5 and I feel soooooooooo tired after taking it. I am only on 3/4 scoop twice daily and two drops pandrenal twice daily.

What does it mean that I get sooooooo tired. It's like I can barely lift myself or think.
