yes, i know, but still only anecdotes without some kind of tests for verification.

lead is an issue for us older folks here in the states but lead is still put in gasoline in other parts of the world. i had a huge body burden of mercury since childhood. newport suggested the bromine zits i was getting all over my arms and chest was mercury instead. whatever it was, i feel better now that its out and thats what counts. that and Iodine is safe to use in such a manner. thats what we know.

when i first began seeking alternatives to my doctors death trap they had set for me i went in search of a diagnosis. man can that ever be anxiety inducing. i found out, like dr starr points out in his book, that i had lots of symptoms of lots of different maladies, syndromes and other chronic degenerative diseases. it was clear the thyroid was involved as was fluoride and mercury(and all the junk food chemicals).

when i heard barefoot use the phrase, "one cure cures all", i knew my search for a diagnosis was futile and worthless. only then could i see that all of us are poisoned but not all of us in the same manner, or ratios, and in different environments with lifestyle variations from one spectrum to the other. doctors pay attention to differences and custom code a diagnosis to the patient. i began to notice the similarities and determined that if one does things that produce good health, good health will follow.

iodine gets a lot of poisonous crap out of the body. i can say that with all confidence.
