When my mind tells me not to do a flush I just push on and tell myself to welcome the healing. I see it as the little buggers taking a last stand and messing with my mind and since my liver does release old emotions when I am cleansing I just love the challenge of winning the good fight.

Try something like "thank you for sharing but that is not supportive of what I need to do" It got me through the last one. Oh and I found that how I placed my body on my right side made a huge difference to the nausia. Try difference pillow placement etc.
