Hello everyone,

I completed a 19 day fast yesterday, broken last night with diluted carrot juice.

Today I've had straight carrot juice plus about 3/4 of an apple, half a tomato, a few cherry tomatoes, one cherry and two blackberries. I'm starting to feel a lot better.

However, each time after the carrot juice and after everything I eat, my tongue tingles. I know tongue tingling is generally the sign of a food allergy , but I can't be allergic to ALL of those foods, can I?

Is it possible that through the fast I've somehow messed up my immune system and triggered oral allergy syndrome? I've never ever had food allergies before.

Any guidance is appreciated!
