somewhere in this forum someone suggested altoids and that idea appealed to me since peppermint is soothing and :) I had some. sucking on one or two peppermint altoids worked in helping keep the oil down and also getting my head up higher was my ticket to keeping the mixture down. also I think Hanna suggested alka-seltzer and on an earlier flush I did use that tip.
