Not smelling the oil helps a ton. I use a swimmer's nose plug which I put on before I even get the bottle of OO (Olive-Oil) out of the cabinet. I gulp the oil first then chase with about 4 ounces of real Coca-Cola, no diet. I promise you cannot taste the oil. It has a sort of peppery warmness to it, but is not bad at all. I absolutely could not mix it with GF juice after about my 3rd flush so I thought I would give this a try. 22 flushes later, it's now a piece of cake.
