I flushed again ;ast night. The whole 4 doses of ES were not too much for me. I am getting out very tiny stones (size of barley grain and smaller). Green and greysh soft ones. About a tbsp all together. Some chaff and seeds. Not much. dose that mean that I don't have much to get rid of? any suggestion?
Another question, do you think that Liver Flushing could reduce the frequency of herpes outbreaks? I do not have any other chronic issue to get relieved from, so how can I say if flush is being successful for me (according to what hanna says, that you judge a flush from its results in relieving health problems )
