there are areas of India that have naturally occurring sky high fluoride levels in their water. As high as 20 ppm, compare that to drinking water in America that is usually only one ppm

No, I personally believe this is all about being overweight. Fat produces hormones, mainly estrogen. So fat people produce more estrogen than thin people. It is absolutely no coincidence that as the rate of childhood obesity goes up, so does the rate of early onset puberty.

I really think that is the key
