I have start this new cleanse, which I like a lot. It is pretty simple, first thing in the morning, you drink the juice of one lemon on the first day, 2 on the 2nd, 3 on the 3rd, and so on all the way up to 7, then you go down to complete the 14 days cleanse.

I am only up to day 3 but I can already feel a difference. I recommend this cleanse to anyone with lower back pain!
