I have never heard of a combination of Epsom salts and ACV enema but then there are many things that I have not heard of. Looking at your formula I feel that it is too strong. I would just use 1 to 2 tablespoons of ES per 2 quarts and the same quantity for the ACV.

I have taken both ES and ACV enemas but separately.  I used 1 to 2 tbsp of ES per 2 quarts and have used 2 tbsp of ACV per 2 quarts.

I found that ES enemas strip away all my good and bad bacteria from my large intestines so I suggest that you need to replace them by taking orally and rectally replacement enzymes. I also realized that the AVC enemas caused me severe cramps and had to discontinue them.
