It all depends on the person. Some actually get worse and have a rolling crash from one to another one after cortisol. you have to be very careful, especially after a crash. The body may not be ready. This is where clinical reality differ very much from textbook cookbook approach. Be careful. Talk to your doc more before you try any prescription medicine on your own.
